For specialised packing processes that require controlled temperature conditions on a continuous basis such as shrink wrapping or the removal of excess moisture from pre-cooked food packs prior to freezing etc, we can provide tunnel drying systems that incorporate either air knives or a temperature controlled environment or a combination of both systems.

The typical system would comprise of a Stainless Steel Tunnel unit with a conveyor to transport the product through the drying/curing zone.
The conveyor is usually a wire belt system but other conveyor systems can be specified. The tunnel would contain the air knives or heaters and recirculation fans.

These systems can be easily incorporated into existing processing and packing lines and we can provide systems to control the speed, airflow and process temperature integral with the drying unit.

Stand alone air knife systems can also be manufactured to be integrated with existing processes.
